Article 11 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- Jurisdiction and Venue. NTS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
- Headings. The headings and captions used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
- Survival. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
