New Verizon Customers
Just starting out with Verizon? When you are a Noble Telecom Systems customer, we can help you onboard with Verizon and make your transition much more simple, smooth, and efficient. We will be able join your team calls as a third party and help you with your transition over to Verizon as well, creating a much cleaner onboarding process.
Existing Verizon Customers
No problem, we can help you as well. We can help streamline your inventories to make your business function more efficiently, or if you already have a system in place that makes sense to you, we don’t have to change a thing. You can simply put us to work and we will route based on the plans you already have in place and the naming convention you use for your plans and logical terminations. We are totally flexible.
Service Plans Overview
Basic Accounts
Make routing adjustments to your toll-free traffic on basic plans, advanced routing plans including percent allocation changes, Logical Termination changes, load balancing and changes to terminations across Customer ID’s. NTS will also cut implementation orders to adjust your traffic. We will submit live implementation changes or schedule implementations for you that will complete at a later date and do so accurately. NTS will build logical terminations including dedicated and switched terminations. At this level, we also add IP Termination support.
Advanced Accounts
All the features of Basic Accounts plus the ability to add toll free number reservation support, vanity number searches, building number level plans, customer swaps and disconnects along with other advanced features like EURI & EDNIS support, Super Routing Plans, Node inventories, Set maintenance, Structures & Alarms, available training and much more. Plus, you may invite NTS to attend your meetings free of charge. We will also consult with you on what is possible or even advisable.
Verizon Enterprise Center Accounts
Under the Verizon Enterprise Center Accounts level, NTS will walk closely with you through Verizon Enterprise Center and its various applications. Bring your questions about any of the major areas of Verizon Enterprise Center and NTS can help. NTS can also provide support on pulling voice usage and/or VoIP reports, although we do not provide report interpretation. Feel free to ask for assistance with Billing, Orders, Repairs, Service Management and if you are an SDWAN customer, you may want to ask us about Dynamic Network Manager should the need arise. NTS can guide you in so many areas.
Training
There are options available for NTS to train your team on much of the content you see on this website. Typically, NTS training would supplement the training that is available on Verizon’s Customer Learning Portal; however, if you feel that the training that you are looking for is not available from Verizon, give us a call and we will make every effort to customize a training course for you. NTS is also available to train for service providers like Verizon. If Verizon needs a course or courses delivered for their customers, but does not currently have the resources required in-house, they may reach out to NTS for support, and we will deliver the training for them.
Consulting
Noble Telecom Solutions offers a full range of consulting options that include Network Manager Support and all of the features you see listed below under Plan Details and more. We offer consulting for Verizon Enterprise Center that would include the suite of applications hosted on the portal as well as most of the peripheral applications under the Product Tools category. The primary difference between the support you would receive under the Basic or Advanced Accounts contracts and a Consulting contract would be that with consulting, you would make all of your changes, NTS would simply advise you on what you could do and perhaps how to do it. With Basic or Advanced contracts, you can put us to work.
