A Message from NTS Founder Scott

Scott Ham Noble Telecom Solutions Owner
Independent third-party support and Noble Telecom Solutions as an idea have been a vision of mine for some time. I have always had the desire to help customers and perhaps consequently, I have always been involved in customer support in some way throughout my professional career. I have supported and trained MCI/Verizon customers on advanced toll-free routing for almost three decades and when the opportunity presented itself to start my own business and build my own team, I took the leap to become an entrepreneur.
Toll-free routing can be very complex. Many customers would like to enjoy the full range of features and benefits they pay for as a toll-free customer with access to Verizon’s Network Manager application but unfortunately, they often lack the means to get there. For years I trained customers at Verizon and many of them would say things like, “This is great and we love the features but it would be so much nicer if you could just do this for us.”. I had to politely decline of course because I’m sure Verizon would have appreciated me cutting side deals with their customers. However today is a new day and rather than an employee of Verizon, I am now their business partner and I am uniquely set up to help Verizon customers in a significant way, as well as help Verizon. I so look forward to serving so many customers who in the past have asked me to do something like this and if you have ever longed for that extra hand-holding or even white glove treatment as a toll-free customer, then let’s talk real soon.
